Kazbegi Tour

I saw this tour on offer as NEW! and decided the programme was exactly right for me: I had one day in Tbilisi mid-July, wanted to see Kazbegi, ride along the Old Military Road, take loads of photos, and hike in the mountains at least a little bit. This tour did not dissapoint me - it was great! Especially hiking. The pick up was timely and flexible it was possible to choose earlier or later time as well as the return. I would rather recommend an earlier start: mountain air and weather is better early in the day. A 3-hour ride by car was very scenic all the way, Georgia is so beautiful and unique. There was no dull moment. Davit, the tour guide, was really pleasant and fun to chat with and explained a lot of history and local traditions, pointed out the best views to take pictures, being an avid photographer himself. I was pleasantly surprised by the flexibility - it was possible to prioritise what to see following Davit's expert advice. A short pit stop to get a bite of a local khachapuri was most enjoyable. I've seen so many beautiful green landscapes, majestic mountains and was bedazzled by the size of one sheep herd in Gudauri - still counting those ! : Thank you for this tour - and keep up good work!
