For 34.84/person, this is not worth it at all. I recommend that if you would like a Hop-On Hop-Off Tour, it would be a good idea to pay a little more, and use the Red Tour version of the Hop-On Hop-Off Tour. This bus, the city sightseeing version, does not come frequently. So we were left waiting in the hot sun without air conditioning. Also, it starts when the whole bus is full. We saw the Red Tour version take off many times before we did. We also made a mistake in booking these in Tallinn, Estonia and Helsinki, Finland. The Estonia bus was not parked where they were supposed to be, and the wi-fi didn't even work on the Helsinki bus. Even the bus drivers were not friendly.

Since it's a hop on hop off we were able to visit different points of interest. There are 2 operational HOHO buses in Stockholm, one is RED bus and the other City Sightseeing. Both have the same color, almost the same stops and can be confusing. Ours was at Citysightseeing.
