Ephesus is a must. Had a great tour guide Attila. Could have done without the stops at leather factory and rug store. Although, one of the members in our group purchased a rug.

Excellent tour of the ruins of Ephesus. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the ruins and eager to show and tell us about the history and excavation of Ephesus. His enthusiasm was contagious! This was once quite an amazing city and we were surprised at the many plumbing and living conveniences that were available then. Our small group was quite enjoyable and getting on an off the small bus was so much better than the large excursion buses we usually went on. I highly recommend this excursion. We even enjoyed our 'shopping' stops on the way back to the ship.

This was our favourite tour on our trip. Ephesus was beautiful and our wonderful guide, Attila, was very knowledgeable and courteous. We were picked up at the cruise port and had a private tour for the 4 of us, 2 couples. Attila educated us on the area and then took us to the ruins at Ephesus. He brought the ruins to life for us with his historical knowledge. We then went to a rug making co-op and school, where we learned the art of rug making by hand. This dying art helped us to appreciate the beauty, intricacies and the pricing of handmade Turkish carpets and tapestries. We went next door to an outside garden restaurant for a fantastic 3 course Turkish lunch and then carried on to visit a leather factory. We had a private fashion show and were able to try on leather jackets, but did not feel pressured to buy. I would have liked a little more time to see some of their purses, but we had a time constraint. FYI, I did buy a leather jacket, even though I had no plan to, as they were beautiful soft sheep leather, and they looked amazing. Attila had us back to our ship in plenty of time, as was promised. This is a must see tour!

Brilliant tour with Turco tours our tour guide was great she was very interesting and knowledgeable. We were in a min bus with just the two of us so it was very personal. The leather showroom with a fashion show could have been missed not her fault though .We bought leather jackets there but think we paid far too much in comparison to the ones in the stores in Kusadashi.Highly recommend d Turco sorry I have forgotten the girls name .
