Pick up was on time. I had to email them (Grey Line) many times to confirm they would pick me up at my hotel since it wasn't on their list. I was the only non-native Spanish speaker so the guide spoke in Spanish the entire time, which was fine, since I am fluent. She was very knowledgeable and gave good information as we crossed the border and arrived at the Brazilian side of the falls. After that, we were dropped off and left on our own, told to return to the bus in 2 hours or so. That was fine, since the falls are best explored on your own. Basically you are paying for a bus to pick you up in Puerto Iguazu, Argentina, and take you to the Brazilian side. If you don't want to try and figure out how to do it on your own (which you can), it's worth spending the extra $.

Great opportunity to see the spectacular Brazilian side of the falls - be prepared to get wet! Make sure you get the real local operator's name from Viator. We were given Gray Line Tours which doesn't operate in Iguassu but uses a local operator. The front desk staff at our hotel helped us figure out who would be picking us up and at what time. Viator/TripAdvisor should know better!

WE did this with Gray Line AR. Pick up hotel was on time. Meriam, our tour guide did a good job in facilitating the legalities with the Argentinian border. We signed up for the English tour, but Spanish-speaking tourists made up the bulk of tourists in our bus. So Meriam had to speak in Spanish at length, and in English relatively shorter. On our way home, Meriam led us to a Cuenca Office, trying to get a driver to drop us off to our hotel. As we were sitting in the reception area, we were hoping that Meriam would tell us about the driver. We were surprised to see her leaving the area without saying a word or anything. That was odd, if not, rude!

Another amazing day at the Iguazu Waterfalls but a different perspective from the previous day to complete the picture for us. We had the same guide as the previous day Miguel. He expertly guided us through the immigration procedures at both the Argentinian and Brazilian borders on the way there and back. He had excellent English and was able to share his years of experience and expertise about the park and the area. Because they had arranged a Brazilian Bus for us we were able to stay on our tour bus for the day rather than transfer to the Park Bus. It was less strenuous activity than the Argentinian Park but the views were just as awesome and completely different. So pleased we chose to do both sides of the Falls. Thank you Miguel for 2 fabulous days. Very enjoyable.

Tour was good and got to see what it said. Lunch was also good. I was the only English speaker on the tour but I was used to that by this stage of my trip!
