O workshop é conduzido por um especialista no ramo de perfumes que ministra a profissionais na afamada escola de Perfumaria em Versailles e é também consultor de empresas como a L'Oreal. A primeira parte do workshop consistirá em uma discussão sobre a origem do Eau de Cologne em 1221, Florença, no convento de Santa Maria Novella, e os principais ingredientes e a evolução da produção do perfume na cidade de Cologne por volta de 1725.
Na primeira metade, você aprenderá a apreciar a fragrância dos ingredientes do eau de cologne e descrevê-los, além de conhecer as características inerentes a diferentes famílias de aromas. Em seguida, haverá uma discussão sobre o desenvolvimento dos diferentes tipos de Cologne e Eaux Fraiches disponíveis no mercado.
A segunda metade do workshop é a parte prática. Após apreciar o aroma dos diferentes tipos de Eau de Cologne e Eaux Fraiches, o professor apresentará um método bastante simples de criar os perfumes de sua preferência, que você poderá levar consigo. São usados seis diferentes tipos de perfumes (colônia clássica, chá verde, aroma de frutas e ozônico e chypre florais em spray). Todas as matérias-primas têm garantia de conformidade com a legislação europeia e as recomendações da IFRA.

Very interesting experience definitely worth trying it out. Cozy atmosphere and a lovely host. We managed to create something we actually like with the help of the teacher. And we took our fragrances home. Fun!

You might think a perfume workshop is just for the ladies. Oh contrare mon fare! Learning the science and formula of how to make perfumes was a lot of fun, and should be at the top of the list with the tower and the arch when you go to Paris.

Loved doing this with my Daughter whilst we were in Paris we learnt a lot more aboutnotes of perfume and what is short and long lasting. Marina was just wonderful, so knowledgable and patient. And her apartment was a warm and calm environment for us to create our own individual perfumes.Great Parisian experience that is just a bit different from the norm.

Highly recommend this workshop! Great venue in a Parisian apartment. It was fun and so unique. I had read earlier that you receive 1 bottle and had the ability to purchase the other scents if you wish and we did, they were a great value! This was the first time I enrolled and it was such a treat! I really enjoyed learning about the chemistry behind creating fragrances. Marina was instrumental in assuring the right fragrance tones were selected to complete my formulas. She was also very patient while answering many questions, and making sure each student in the class received personal time/attention. I would totally recommend this class to anyone looking to experience something really special while visiting Paris. Her apartment is just lovely and provides the perfect back drop for this Parisian event!
