William is an excellent guide with a lot of local knowledge. Downtown he stopped regularly to tell us many interesting facts. At 100+ he was mostly able to keep us in the shade of tombstones while telling his creepy stories at the cemetery.

William our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history of New Orleans and the St Louis Cemetery. Although it was unbearably hot, my husband and I had a great time. Would definitely recommend this tour

We had a very good tour with Fred. He was extremely knowledgeable, articulate and explained a lot of the history of New Orleans. He safely and skillfully maneuvered our group through the streets and managed to get us under shade to escape the intense sun and heat. It was evident to us that he had such respect for the cemetery and explained the rituals of burial and how a Voodoo played such an integral part in early times. He kept our group intact and always within easy listening distance.

This was our first tour in NOLA. It was a great introduction to the history and culture of this fascinating city. William was insightful, entertaining, and full of knowledge and anectodal add-ons. He was also very kind about trying to keep us in the shade...no easy task (wear sunscreen!, take water!) I highly recommend this excellent tour of the oldest Cemetery in New Orleans.

The tour was great! Our tour guide was very informative and didn’t rush us. I would recommend to anyone. I will say dress light, it was very hot.

Spent 90% of tour on Marie Laveau and very little on French Quarter. Guide stated we'd go back to FQ after some other things , but we never did. Somewhat disappointing.

We would have appreciated less information about Trevor, and more information about what we were seeing. The cemetery itself was so crowded with tours, we only saw a few crypts. What he did tell us was interesting and informative, just not enough and it was irritating to have him testing his stand-up routine on us.

The tour lasted about 1-1/2 hrs very informative. She had a strong accent which she stated in the beginning. You had to listen carefully. She added a bit of humor Marta was her name I believe.

The cemetery tour was quite amazing, but everything else wasn't great at all. One of the worst tours i've ever been on.

I have to state the cemetary itself was pretty cool. however there were a couple of things that people in the tour were bothered by. first the tour guide, Marta, has a very heavy Spanish accent which makes it difficult to follow along with what she is saying, unless your very close. which was the second problem, there were way too many people on the tour for everyone to get close enough to hear her. lots of people were saying to each other they couldn't hear or understand what she was saying. the third thing was the meeting point was at Royal and Conti-why? why not meet at the Louis Armstrong house or at the cemetery? it seemed like a lot of additional walking for no real reason.
