O incrível show de dança tradicional apresenta uma arte performática tradicional russa da forma mais requintada possível. O programa inclui esquetes líricos com elementos de folclore russo e antigas epopeias.
O show também reflete o espírito imperial pré-revolucionário e outros períodos da história da Rússia. Este show espetacular oferece uma perspectiva sobre as tradições, a cultura e a história do país.
O programa inclui uma mistura de coreografias de dança nacional tradicional e balé contemporâneo. O elenco é composto por mais de 50 dançarinos. Durante a apresentação, os bailarinos vestem 300 trajes exclusivos decorados com pérolas, tecidos prateados e dourados, todos especialmente criados e manualmente decorados para o show. Este é um dos mais famosos palcos de show da Rússia.

Our guide met us in the lobby and was surprised we weren't told we would be walking and travelling by metro to go to this show. As it was celebration time being Moscow's 870th birthday the streets and metro were packed. Our guide was very strict with us to keep close to her. She was an excellent guide and took her job very seriously. She walked/trained us to the theatre and was very happy to accompany us to the performance. The show was outstanding, costumes were brilliant, dancing and choreography were spectacular. This show was predominately dancing with very little dialogue and singing but was well supported by the music. The theatre was custom built for the show in an interesting and modern venue. A bonus was we were able to purchase a video of the show to bring home. We booked this tour because the opera and the ballet were in summer recess and we were not disappointed in the least. Unfortunately one of us had a bad fall returning to the hotel. We had to walk very slowly so took a long time. Our guide I don't know her name was very caring and stayed with us the entire time.
