LAGO DE COMO, BELLAGIO E VARENNA

This trip was a perfect end to 20 days in Italy traveling the entire country. Very relaxing. Did not have to see anything or could see everything! We chose to relax at every stop and eat/drink and people watch.

The trip is definatelly worth a lot, but we had to wait everytime for the spanish translation and Franco our guide sometimes went on and on about minor things while he ommited important information. After Como he was interested in talking all the time to the bus driver alone than talking to us. When they left us on free time in every place Franco made no suggestions about what we could visit and in Bellagio I saw wonderfull things simply by accident. In overcrowded Varenna we were given only 20 minutes which were sufficient only for a very hasty walk-if one could because of the crowd. We were told nothing about Mlan during the way, nothing about the countless towns and villages we crossed on our way, nor about the history of the place, ecxept for some very general and boring things that Franco told us in Como where he had us standing for half an hour going on and on about things that we really didn;t care too much to listen. I really think that someone should tell this chap how the job is really done!

This went beyond my dreams it was perfect and stunning . The tour in itself is well organized for a large group . Marcella is such a gifted person , spoke so many languages very personable so easy to make a connection . It was a well worth trip Im willing to do all over again

guide andre he was thoughtful and easy to understand-- major issue was the dual language tour we requested english yet we got english and spanish this made listening and engaging very difficult i I lost interest because i had to wait each time for both versions VERY BAD

So gorgeous trip with so friendly guide , really we enjoyed the trip, the trip is exactly as described

The tour was great, our tour guide oleg is very mindful of everyone. He will also recommend where to get good pastries

Highly recomend this trip to anyone in the Milan area. The sights of lake Como are amazing and Bellagio is a quaint, little town, with great restaurants and shops. The tour was well organized and the guide, Oleg shared lots of info. Boat tour and villa Olmo was the highlight and we had excellent weather which allowed us to take beautiful pictures.

Fab day started with smooth and quick journey to Como, an hour there and then a further hour around the lake to meet our private boat for the one hour trip to Bellagio. A generous 2 hours there allowed for lunch and sightseeing. A short public ferry crossing to Verana and 40 minute stay there inc icecreams before the journey back to Milan. Great guide, very informative and fab language skills. Well worth the money

Tour guide was knowledgeable about the area and the history. Went on too long about George Clooney. Tour was conducted in English and Spanish which I found distracting

We waited 10mins early at Duomo pick up point, then we saw a group of people walking away without any signs or instructions. When confirming with the tour office (AUTOSTRADALE VIAGGI SRL), the lady shouted at me and was very rude. We had to take taxi to Central station on our own. The tour guide Oleg was irresponsible, unreliable, and unpleasant. We missed the ferry from Bellagio and was supposed to catch up in Varenna. He said he will wait for us, but there was nobody, no information whatsoever. We took the train back to Milan by ourselves. This is the worst tour I have ever experienced. Very unfortunate because the places we went to were very beautiful.

our tour guide, oleg, hope that is spelled correctly, was very informative and pleasant. everything went without a hitch. great way to see como and surrounding areas. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Did the day trip by bus from Milan.. totally worth it. The guide was great! Next time I would just do Como and Bellagio. Was sort of tired by the time we got to Verenna.
