Excursão Jack, o Estripador com Ripper-Vision em Londres

We took this tour on our first night in London. It exceeded our expectations. Our guide was excellent and gave us insight into the historical life and times in London during which these awful, unsolved crimes were committed. We learned a lot more than we anticipated and had an opportunity to walk around and explore old, historical areas of London that we likely would not have visited otherwise. Our local guide presented the information on the Jack the Ripper murders in a respectful, sensitive way and this was not a ghoulish tour. While actual photos of victims were shared, the tour participants were always notified of the upcoming content so they could choose to avoid looking at the photos and Ripper-Vision if they wanted. We would recommend this tour to adults and teens.

My family and I absolutely loved this tour as we are into "whodunit" type mysteries and I particularly like to explore the shadow side of men. Please do yourself a favor and ask for "Mick" by name! Not only did he know every single piece of info currently available about Jack the Ripper, he knew so much more that you could not find anywhere. He also talked to each of us individually and when he ascertained where we were from, he could rattle off any/all serial killers that were particular to that area. He was amazing and quite funny, too. Very enjoyable evening. Plus he pointed us to Efes at the close of the tour, the best Turkish restaurant we have ever been to in our lives.

Nice historical presentation. Fun. I wanted morectrue crime seriousness. Humor was used effectively and lightened the mood but worth the time and money.

I have looked forward to this experience for two years, told friends I was excited to go, basically I was extremely excited by the idea. The reality was extremely disappointing at best. There was no Ripper Vision - the tour was during daylight hours, it wasn’t dark enough to see the “pictures” which were almost impossible to see. Why on earth would anyone start a tour that required projecting images for broad daylight? This was a monumental waste of time, and money! I have taken many Viator tours, and this was the first time I felt like I had been ripped off. Sorry, but I could not express my disappointment more.

We had a great time on the Jack the Ripper Tour. It was a long fast pace walk, but worth every step. It was very informative and entertaining.

James was our tour guide and he was full of personality, great accent and made the tour enjoyable. Unfortunately it wasn't dark enough to really get the most of the illumination, if it was darker it would have been better. Length of tour was great, not too many people on the tour and took us around parts of Whitechapel we never would have seen.

Excellent tour and very insightful commentary by our guide Johnny. Tour commenced promptly at appointed time and place. We stopped at key locations of events and commentary was very thorough. The banter was aided by the visual props and the "ripper vision" which was effectively projecting some of the visuals onto the side of a building or wall. Overall, was very good tour!

An informative night. Our 14 year old was engrossed. Perhaps a few too many people on the walk. Meeting point was great. Very easy to find.

Our tourguide Mick was a delight. You can tell he enjoys giving the tour. It was full of great facts, and being an avid Jack The Ripper "fan", I learned quite a bit that I hadnt read before. An added bonus was Mick's vast knowledge on serial killers in general. As someone who in interested in that type of thing as well, I love hearing about those facts. All in all, it was a great time to walk around White Chapel, and to see so many buildings that were around back when Jack was killing.

The tour had good numbers and the tour guide was very knowledgeable and animated which kept us engaged. The Ripper vision was a nice added extra but slightly disappointing as in the advert I felt the projections would be bigger.

Great guided tour around Whitechapel with Johnny. His knowledge and ability to keep us all enthralled was excellent. A very good guided tour.

We took our granddaughter on her 16th birthday she loved it we also found it very interesting a great couple of hours we went in the 10 BELLS pub after where the victims drank all in all a great night

We thought it was going to be cheesy, but it turned out to be fantastic! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Loved this tour. Jamie was very enthusiastic and had lots of details about Jack the Ripper. It wasn't dark out due to it being summer so it was not dark enough for the projection. He had a large portfolio of pictures.

Loved this tour! Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and was a certified Ripperologist! He had a personal connection to the story which made it all the more interesting!
