Siga para a Carcavelos Surf School na Praia de Carcavelos para se encontrar com seu instrutor credenciado. Fundada em 2001, Carcavelos é uma das mais antigas escolas de surfe de Portugal e já teve mais de 10.000 alunos.
Receba uma roupa de mergulho e prancha e, em seguida, ouça às breves instruções de segurança de seu instrutor. Pratique algumas técnicas básicas na areia, como ficar de pé na prancha e manter o equilíbrio enquanto estiver sobre as ondas.
Assim que estiver dominando as noções básicas em terra, vá para a água e pratique o que aprendeu. O instrutor o acompanhará para oferecer ajuda e dicas úteis. Quando não estiver na água, aproveite as espreguiçadeiras disponíveis na areia e, depois da aula, fique à vontade para usar as instalações com duchas e vestiários.

Our group was pretty big so we had a semi-private lesson. All beginners. Everybody stood up! These guys are awesome! Go see them

We had an amazing experience taking this surf lesson. It was our first time surfing and our instructor took great care of teaching us the basics and then helping us in the water. We even managed to get up a couple of times. The group wasn't too big, but since there were only three of us who hadn't surfed before one instructor took the larger part of the group who had surfed before and the other taught just us three which was really helpful and thoughtful. The gear provided was also awesome. And the price for the experience we got was nothing. Definitely recommend this surf lesson on the stunning Carcavelos beach if you're ever in Lisbon.

Great experience and great price. Our instructor was great and kept a great balance of wanting us to have fun and succeed. Neither my friend nor I had ever surfed before, and we both got up! The group was small, only 3 of us, so we were able to get one on one attention and instruction. Highly recommend!
