Day 1: Unguided 9am Morning Downhill Bike Tour

Stop At: Maui's Best Downhill, 810 Haiku Rd #404 A, Haiku, HI 96708, USA
You will be getting sized for you 2019 Trek Mountain bike, helmet, gloves, jacket, and backpack. Optional GoPro rental to take pictures/video of your adventure going downhill Haleakala Volcano.

Day 2: Maui's Best Hike 9am

We have 3 Trails for your pleasure. Here is the Itinerary for your Hiking Adventure!

1. The Valley of the Gods

This valley is a virtual oasis of plant and animal life. It also happens to be one of the most acquiesce places on earth. As you wander through this virtual wonderland your senses become awakened by the fragrance of sweet Plumeria. Banana plants abound. Papaya trees and Ginger. You will walk through areas of Taro, Ti’ Leaves both red and green and so much more. As you explore this enchanted forest you will be reminded of the great battles that took place here. Historians agree that the remains of the great kings and chiefs or the royal monarchs were buried in secret places in the valley.

2. Turtle Town

is a beach on the north shore of Maui, Hawaii. Waves there are largest during the winter, smaller in summer. In addition to windsurfing competitions surfing contests are held there as well. However, this beach is definitely a great one for all to enjoy. Beautiful natural golden sand next to coral reefs. If the water is too rough there are plenty of smaller, coral protected pools to relax in. Lots of shaded (private) areas and certainly a lot of sun and fun. There are also lots of Turtles or Honu that come out on the beaches at Turtle Town. Turtle watching has become quite a popular sport in its own right on these beaches. We usually see five (5) basic groups of turtles here!

3.EXCLUSIVE TRAILS! The King's Garden

At Maui's Best Hike we have the privilege to be the only company that has exclusive rights to The King's Garden Trails. Meaning, no other tourists are allowed to be on the trails except for you and your party! Absolutely the best experience to have for you and your guests. Enjoy the first waterfall on the way to Hana. There a chance where you might be able to take a dip at the plunge pool at the waterfall so you can enjoy the waters of Maui. See many predated ginger plants. The amazing Kava Kava, and one of the world’s largest pre-historic ferns. The Hawaii State Ethnobotanist’s agree that plant life at this location are some of the rarest on earth and only to be found in a few locations.”. Learn about the Monarch’s, Kings or “Ali’I” of ancient Hawaii. See up close the stunning and all powerful Mo’o Kana. A lava tube or “cave” so great it features a water tunnel. This amazing and ancient cave is of the legendary giant Lizard God Mo’o kana.
