Após o embarque em seu hotel em Maui pela manhã, desfrute de um leve lanche matinal com bolo, suco de frutas e café Kona e comece sua aventura pela famosa estrada para Hana. No conforto do ar-condicionado de sua luxuosa limusine-van para 8 pessoas, você viajará pelas exuberantes florestas tropicais e ao longo das esplêndidas vias costeiras até Ke'anae, onde você sairá para explorar a pitoresca vila havaiana coberta por calmas plantações de taro. Em seguida, siga a Waikani Falls, onde você admirará as resplandecentes piscinas pluviais.

Ao longo do caminho, seu guia fará comentários interessantes sobre os locais, bem como sobre a cultura dos nativos havaianos.

Parada na incrível caverna Ka'eleku. Acredita-se que foi criada por Pele, a deusa havaiana do fogo. Esse enorme canal subterrâneo de lava apresenta formações incríveis de estalactites e estalagmites. Depois de sua excursão à caverna, desfrute de um delicioso almoço à moda do Círculo do Pacífico servido em uma toalha de mesa de linho, sob uma tenda na caverna. Delicie-se com o peito de frango grelhado ou a cavala tostada com salada verde orgânica, salada de macarrão e vegetais, frutas frescas e brownie.

Por fim, chegue a Hana, uma cidade remota no rochoso litoral do Pacífico, que combina praias límpidas e verdejantes florestas tropicais. Desça da limusine-van para esticar as pernas e explorar as cachoeiras e florestas de bambu. Seu guia levará-lo em uma excursão pelo Hana Tropicals, um deslumbrante jardim e viveiro onde você pode admirar as belas flores e a vegetação.

There were some definite pros and cons to this trip...Pros: great, comfortable seating captain chairs visit to cave was good and not offered by other tour companies lunch was excellent swimming at waterfall site was wonderful...now for cons: driver had an attitude i.e. my way or the highway a store bought pastry like a hostess made, pre-wrapped danish one would get at a convenience store or gas station isn't a continental breakfast in my book, no coke or pepsi product soda to me includes diet coke or a pepsi, not just a cheap mango something can of juice, not offered cheap danish until well over 2 hours into trip, didn't spend a lot of time at black sand beach, not many photo ops, price was about 50 per person over other Road to Hana tours and they take you to the 7 pools, as well as all the way on the road not just halfway and stopping only as far as Hana - so too expensive for what you get. Even though we were the only passengers on our trip, it was painfully clear we really had no say in the day's activities or how long we were going to stop at each spot. While the driver was very informative, he was not very accommodating, clearly didn't appreciate diverting from his agenda even to the point of getting irritated if interrupted from his spiel. We accidentally left phone in restroom and while he did take us back about a mile to retrieve it, he made it crystal facial expressions / tone he was displeased. Will never take this tour again we much prefer other tour companies like Valley Isle. Seat comfort is not worth extra expense and driver attitude - not a very good trip.

Gayle was a very safe driver with a great love for the Hana Highway. Her enthusiasm showed the whole day. She was knowledgable about many of the plants we saw and knew the best places for pictures. The Lava Tube was interesting and the black sand beach was amazing! We had a great day. I highly recommend this tour.

Small-Group Road to Hana Luxury Tour with Temptation tours Im glad we booked this tour! Our Guide / Driver Melanie Mel was great! Warm, friendly and very knowledgeable about the island of Maui. The road to Hana has over a hundred turns with at least a dozen or more single lane bridges! Did I mention, the rest of the road is two lanes but really like one and a half! Yes one could drive this road themselves, but the driver is cheated from being able to fully appreciate the beauty that unfolds at every turn! Driving an unfamiliar windy narrow road, requires ones full attention! You could miss the rainbow eucalyptus trees, section of coastline that was in one of the Jurassic Park movies, waterfalls, and etc! Let alone the stress of drivingyou are on vacation after all to decompress from lifes little nuisances. Mel, was a fantastic guide and an excellent driver! She was prompt at the pick-up from the hotel and the van was clean and very comfortable. No bench seats, but captains chairs for all! I would highly recommend Temptation Tours and Melanie!
