At 6: pm, your English-speaking tour guide will pick you up from your central Ho Chi Minh City hotel by scooter. After receiving your helmet and a safety briefing, jump on the back and set out to explore Ho Chi Minh City.

Soak up the atmosphere of the city by night as you zip around districts 1, 2, 3, and 4, stopping along the way at various street food vendors. Visit a stall famous for its delicious pancakes, stuffed with pork, shrimp, bean sprouts, and other vegetables, and another local favorite, where the specialty is snails stuffed with minced pork.

Pause to enjoy panoramic views of the city as you glide around a local park, then continue your tasting experience with a classic crab noodle soup and some Vietnamese spring rolls. There's just time for one more stop before you head back to your hotel - a street food vendor that specialises in sweet treats and desserts, where you'll have chance to try local flan, accompanied by a glass of mixed sugar cane and strawberry juice.

Your tour ends with drop-off at your hotel around 9:30 pm.

A terrific experience zooming around Saigon on the back of a motor scooter driven by our local foodie tour guide and her offsider. It gave us a very different perspective of the city at night and allowed us to experience great food off the tourist trail. We ate in side streets, shop fronts and roundabouts! Some of the food we sampled included tasty beef wrapped in green leaf and charcoal grilled with a pungent fish sauce deep fried spring rolls seafood delicacies again cooked over charcoal pho local pizza and finally local tea ordered in the street and delivered by scooter! We have done many foodie tours around the world and this one stacks up as one of the best!
