Our family of 4 were eagerly anticipating the morning safari, and in terms of driving skills and mastering the dunes in the desert we were not disappointed, but it was a huge let-down to be told that we could not laugh during the drive. This is a thrill seeking experience, and of course there is laughter of a certain scale. If we were actually disturbing the driver, there were probably 100 better ways to communicate this rather than saying that it was very dangerous, and people could get killed if he could not concentrate, and we needed to understand how difficult his job was... it literally killed the enthusiasm for the remainder of the trip, and that was very disappointing. The driver said himself he had a fever, and he was coughing the entire trip, so maybe that impacted his mood: if that was teh reason, then I'd suggest the company to let ill people stay at home and recover!
