Fascinating to see Potsdam and learn more about the history of the Prussian royalty and the Nazi/Cold War era. Wouter made the tour very interesting and we were able to see many different parts of Potsdam that you’d never stumble across on your own. Really entertaining stories. A great day-trip from Berlin if you have the time (you meet in Berlin and Wouter guides you to Potsdam and back via the train – very easy). Make sure to ask for Wouter.

The tour guide was magnificent and the tour was beautiful. It was condensed so you will walk alot but Potsdam is wonderful so you will enjoy this trip!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Rosi, the person that checked us in, was INCREDIBLY rude!! She immediately insulted us and didnt provide us with any valuable information. As an individual in the tourism industry, you expect a certain level of customer service and professionalism Rosi did not posses either. I expect to be treated with respect as a paying customer, and this did not happen. Our tour guide was over 40 minutes late, leaving the tourists sitting around in the heat with no information. The other Original Berlin Walks employees did not provide any information either, as they were too busy talking and laughing with each other like a bunch of high school kids. Due to our guide being late, we missed our train to Potsdam so we had to take multiple other lines some of which were missed in order to get there - yet another waste of time and money. However, none of this was as bad as the way Rosi spoke to us when we first arrived. Our tour was ruined within the first 5 minutes and I would like my money back! Our tour guide was okay. He had a lot of information, but this didn't stop the tour from being incredibly boring. The tour lasted 6 hours and I'm pretty sure we could have seen the highlights in about 3 hours. I wouldn't recommend this tour or Original Berlins Walks under any circumstance! Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Great experience-our guide Jesse was very knowledge about Potsdam and the history of Berlin/Germany. Tour was very informative and moved at a perfect pace. Would highly recommend for anyone considering a day trip to Potsdam.

Amazing tour with Walter i think his name was we were a small group so we got a lot more attention and I learnt so much. Potsdam was beautiful and it looked exactly like the picture, no better than the picture it was beautiful

Once again lots of standing in one spot and listening to the history. I like history but at some point it gest a bit confusing. Also no microphone so you have to run to keep up with the guide to at least try to hear what he says before running off to the next point. Very little time to take photos. I really felt rushed at the end of the day with very little to show for it
